I'm trying hard, I really am. I used to be a real artist, but I'm slowly becoming one again. My real priority at the moment is keeping myself together and becoming a highschool Maths and English teacher.

It isn't actually probable that the game will last so long this time, but the first session really did run for 6h.
well...6pm, Rohan is home by then, that'll be around the time that we have dinner. I don't know if I can commit to something that takes up the time I actually have with my husband. If it happened during the many spare hours I have during the day I'd have no problem...but I don't think I can commit to this, I'd be stringing you along if I said I could. I feel really bad about this.

That was convulent, epic, awesome and surprising at the same time. And what's even better - IT MADE SENSE while being all that.
I'm so glad you finished it. I really liked being able to read something with depth and not have confuse me at the same time. The end of Rorsharch got to me a lot I think, I never expected to see his 'face'.
So yeah, the movie is basically the same frame for frame, except the ending was changed to make it somewhat more consistent, and I forgive it for that.
Nearly right up to the end I was sure the person Jon was going to kill in the snow will be Veidt. I realised it was Rorsharch when we walked out on them. It was apleasent WTF feeling.
I don't actually read a lot of horror, but I should be reading more Barker and get into some Lovecraft. Have you read the graphic novel about Lovecraft? It's by graphic classics or something, it's a one shot.

- WTF are we playing anyway? I think you wanted something concerning Engels, right?
- Where are we playing...? I thought that since we all have SA profiles we could start a club dedicated to this. Would be nice with all the features the SA forum can offer.
- How many chars does everyone get?
I didn't realise there were different forms, but yeah, I think it'd be really cool to play with Engels.
Yeah a club would be really useful, and forums would be good for keeping track of things.
The 'support' character thing? Well seeing as we might be using Engels, that'd mean pilot + Engel + support character...so maybe just one support character?
Also, you will have to explain this to me completely, as in I've basically never played a role playing game before, and will need to be walked through the character creation etc.
Yesterday in the evening I started up the club with some info about what you can take as a character. (Link on my profile.)
I opted for a total of two characters one of which should be able to pilot some sort of mecha or Engel.
Of course. Contact me whenever you feel like starting the character creating and I'll tell you how to get around it.
It would be nice if you already had at least a vague idea for the character (or characters).
yeah, that part would be nice, it'd be cool to meet you and hang out with people, I'm not the most social person in the world...but I'll live I'm sure. I have a feeling I'll probably munch on something while we play anyway, so really, all the elements are there.
